Tyler did multiple projects around my house, both inside and out in 2019 and 2020. He was hired to do everything from framing my unfinished basement to finishing touches like baseboards, trim, doors, and a shiplap wall and fireplace surround. I also had him back to fence in my yard and build a pool shed.
Tyler was always very communicative, punctual and stuck to the budget I had to work with. Out of all of the trades people coming and going, Tyler was the easiest to work with. Several of the other people working at my home, from other companies, commented on his work ethic and how fantastic the end result was. We were all shocked at how quickly he was able to frame in my basement on his own and the quality with which he did it. He truly is an impressive one man show.
I look forward to working with Tyler again in the Spring of 2021 to add a front porch to my home. I have no doubt that it will be stunning and top notch quality.

We had Kirks Renovations do a kitchen remodel along with modifications to our family room in February/March 2022. We couldn’t be happier with the result. We were well informed during the process. We were given a calendar with the dates plumbing, electricians, painters etc would be at the house working. Also, everyone that came into our home was professional and friendly. The contractor was always prompt if we had questions, and very helpful during the whole process. The quality of his work and the people he brought in during construction were excellent!!
